Really nice compressor
Received my compressor very quickly along with excellent customer service from Hyatt's all things creative. Highly recommend this seller. The compressor is excellent for the hobbyist. I'm not sure what the people with pulsating or low power are doing wing, but if you attach your brush correctly, this setup had no difficulty maintaining 30 psi using the included air hose. If you are having trouble, I recommend getting up the YouTube for help. The compressor is extremely quiet and excellent quality. The construction is very good. I have no fears that this compressor will breakdown like other cheap comps on Amazon. Time will tell, but it is obvious this is a high quality product. I would recommend this comp over the Iwata ninja for the psi gauge as well as the footprint/stance. It makes for very ergonomic use. The included cable, while plastic, is very good and I almost prefer the cooled design to the loose, braided. The included hose is not stiff, and is easy to stretch and manage while spraying. The computer came with adaptors for several popular brush brands sick as Badger's smaller threaded coupling, which is very nice. You will be able to use this comp with your brush it off the box, without a trip to the hobby or art supply store. For those wondering, this compressor was not designed to turn off while not spraying.Don't have any doubts if you are considering this for hobby modeling.

Pretty Good
It's a good compressor, small, very quiet and fairly powerful (mine gets up to about 30psi with my Paasche airbrush, but would probably reach 40psi if it didn't have a slight leak). My one complaint though is that you can't just let it run while you complete a longer (45-60min) job, it overheats and stops working for a while. It's because it doesn't really have an air reservoir like a bigger garage compressor, so it doesn't shut off when it's full, it just runs the whole time. But if you turn it off while you're not spraying it works great for long periods. I use it for modeling, so I'm spraying acrylic paints, typically thinned with isopropyl or window cleaner, onto plastics, and it's totally sufficient for delicate layered coating. It fires up quickly and fits about anywhere.

Really solid air compressor for modelers
When I started shopping for an airbrush and compressor, I was very worried about getting something that worked together well. There are some pretty cheap deals on Amazon but I worried about ease of use and quality with those. I wound up picking the Silver Jet and the Iwata NEO air brush. I wanted something that worked together out of the box with no problems because I was a beginner. This compressor has been a champ so far. I have painted several models and it works great. It gives a consistent flow of air and you can adjust the pressure. I was worried about the reviews that claimed it only sustains 18PSI. In use, it easily does that. Additionally in combination with the NEO air brush, which is designed for lower air pressure compressors, it works great. To be fair I have cranked it all the way up and I believe it can sustain more than the 18PSI but you don't need more than 10 to 20 for the NEO and it for sure does that. There are cheaper compressors but this one has everything including a nice coiled rubber hose with a pistol grip filter out of the box and useful features. It does come with adapters for other brands but it is particularly good with the NEO airbrush. I do think it may be too small for heavy duty use but it has easily met my needs with fine scale modeling. RECOMMENDED!

compact, quiet, easy to use-what's not to like?
I purchased this to use with my Iwata airbrush for resin & vinyl figure kit building. The adjustable air pressure makes doing even the smallest detail perfect for the hobby. The fact it's only 6 inches square is an ideal size for those who don't have a lot of space to work in.The included airhose,3 additional adapters for other brand name airbrushes,& the pistol grip filter shows that Iwata is on top of their game in the hobby. It's extremely quiet,so you won't have to worry about waking up the neighbors if you're working into the wee hours of the morning.Combined with the build quality & the perfect price through Amazon, this is the best compressor I've bought yet.Try it for yourself, you won't be sorry.

Broke down after 5 minutes of use! No help from Amazon and Iwata shop!
So disappointed! The first time I used it, it stopped after 5 minutes and didn’t work anymore afterwards! I contacted Amazon and they said they couldn’t help me and that I had to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer doesn’t reply my mails. Such a bad service!

A good starting compressor for airbrushing
The silver jet model it noisy and lacks the PSI to run some primers/paints correctly through a standard airbrush. However it was easy to setup, and has lasted over two years. If your airbrush project is needing longer bursts of paint, this compressor will struggle to meet your demands. But if you need sub 20 PSI for your preferred paint, this will be a solid and long term asset.

Make up Artists BFF
This is by far the BEST compressor Ive used to apply airbrush make up. I use it with the Temptu gun and its amazing. Travels well too. It's not as quiet as I would like, but the application is beautiful. 5-10 psi is the best setting to spply foundation. Highly recommend, especially if you do on location work.

Heavy and little loud
I used this for airbrush makeup in my last wedding party. It was heavy to travel with and a little loud, but it worked great, nice size, and I was able to get a rainbow extra large cord.
