Great overall, one small flaw.
UPDATE 11/4/20: the last week or so I keep getting a notice on the frame: frameo has stopped working, wait or continue. So I don't know what to try. Overall it's a decent frame but it is VERY buggy. Biggest complaint for me is when you add pictures, it assigns the date to added said picture to the frame NOT the actual date of the picture. Consequently if you add pictures from say 10 years ago after you had already added some pictures from 10 yrs ago, and you have the frame set to show by date, your pictures will be out of chronological order. My way cheaper frame I replaced with this managed to put them in chronological order.***UPDATE*****Customer service has satisfied my issue below so if you are having a similar issue, just contact them and they will correct it. I changed my review to 5 stars, I love the frame!.............original review:Overall it is a GREAT frame, I'll get to the 4 stars instead of 5 shortly. The size is awesome, the clarity is too. Very easy to set up, it is a touch screen so very easy to manipulate and each picture can be adjusted to 'fit frame' or 'fill frame', I went through all my 817 pictures in a relatively short amount of time and adjusted the ones I wanted to. My only issue, and a minor one at that, hence the 4 stars, the sleep timer does NOT work as it should. See the corresponding pictures, the time zone is set correctly, the time of day is accurate, the sleep timer is set to put the frame to sleep at 10pm and wake it back up at 7am. It goes to sleep just fine, but does NOT wake up, 3 days in a row. Stock answer from customer service: check your time zone, check you sleep timer settings to be sure you have the right time. I had already done all that and told them so in the email inquiry. Nevertheless, that was their reply. They said the same to someone else in the product questions posted on Amazon, so obviously it is a known issue. Other than that, they said to 'reset' the frame. No thanks, I just set it all up brand new 3 days ago, what good is a reset going to do? The sleep timer is not a major issue for me, I can just touch the power button when I want it back on in the morning, but so not the point! If the sleep timer is a major need for you, pass on this one.

Nice digital frame, but storage availability is ambiguous
Overall very nice frame, was easy to set up, good picture quality, easy to upload pictures via app. I had trouble importing photos from usb drive; determined the usb drive must be formatted with NTFS for the frame to see the files.Where I ran into an issue was that the product description states there is 16GB of storage. While technically this is true, out of the box with no pictures uploaded, I only had 10.77 GB available for photos. I confirmed with customer support that this is expected due to the operating system. While this is certainly expected for a PC or tablet, I was not expecting that much space to be consumed on a photo frame. Certainly the product description should be updated to say something like "16GB of storage (10GB of useable storage for photos)". Currently, the description states "16 GB internal memory offers you a big storage capacity of photos and videos." This leads the buyer to believe there is going to be 16GB available.Unfortunately, I can't fit all the photos I planned to store on the frame. Customer support suggested I could use the USB or SD card to extend the storage, however this does not appear to be feasible. From my testing you could not stream pictures from the USB to the screen, you had to first import them to the internal storage before they could be used in slideshow. If the frame supports streaming from the external drive, it is not clear how to make this work and not in the documentation. Ultimately, I returned the frame and will be looking at another option that is capable of storing all the photos I need for this project.

difficult product, helpful customer service
UPDATED: customer service has been very helpful. they allowed me to return 2 units and provided a replacement. I struggled to get the replacement to allow friends to join the app but it eventually worked. While I wouldn’t buy from this seller again, their customer service is their saving grace if you have issues with your product.I’m so angry that I purchased these for Christmas gifts for 3 people. They are nothing but trouble. they won’t stay connected to the internet, super glitchy, the app is terrible, there’s no way to delete photos except going picture by picture, and 1 of the frames is completely unresponsive to touch after a month of use. the return window for all of them has closed and I’m furious. I’m so disappointed, the device as a lot of potential. The image quality is great and I love that you can adjust the photo orientation. Tragic.

Love, Love, Love these frames!!!
I purchased two of the frames for gifts for family members. Especially now when families aren't getting together as much as they used to (due to the pandemic), I thought this would be a great way to share pictures with family. I had a digital frame I got years ago that was not wifi compatible. This is SO much better! Set up was incredibly easy. I like to follow the instructions when I purchase a new electronic device and I didn't even have to read them. The device walks you right through it when you turn it on and all the settings are pretty self-explanatory. The app is very easy and works great! My husband and kids love these frames as much as I do and we find ourselves always staring at them. So much so, that I had to buy more of them because we didn't want to give these away. I did contact customer service over a pricing issue and they resolved it quickly and to my satisfaction. Really couldn't be happier with this company.

Item broke - Won't connect to wifi
Shortly after the return window closed, the item broke. It refuses to connect to wifi. I will have to file a warenty claim with my credit card to get refunded. Stay away. While it worked, it was fun, but if the wifi breaks (even when we didnt change our router) it isn't worth it.
