So I was reading a lot of reviews discussing the buttons being hard to press. I purchased the orange one for my 13 Pro Max and the buttons are ever so slightly stiff but not difficult to press at all. So I am not sure if maybe the colors are processed differently or maybe they tweaked the case but so far I am liking it!

A lot of reviews say the buttons are hard to press and I got nervous about that, so when the case arrived I started moving the plastic back and forth where the buttons on the side are so they would be easier to use. It worked like a charm and the buttons are not difficult to press in at all. So if you’re having that issue, just loosen the case up a little bit before you put it on. The color is amazing. My friend thought my phone was glowing when it was in the sun. I got the pink one and it adds a cute pop of neon color to everything I do. I’ll probably buy all the colors.

I was excited for this case, the color is what I was looking for. When I opened the package I was very happy with the color, I put it on my phone and it looks great, it seems like it will do a great job at protecting the phone. The only bad thing is that the case is too hard in the button sections, making it very hard to press the side buttons. You have to hold the phone with both hands to be able to press the side buttons hard enough for the phone to turn on/ off.

I love the color of the case and it is very durable. However, I have to get a new case because it is just too hard to press the buttons

The case is a vibrant color and looks nice! However my case arrived scratched and the power and volume buttons don’t work reasonably. I should have read the other reviews which mention the button issue, so if you read this, take it into consideration.

Nice case, except for the fact that the side and volume buttons are terrible. They are too recessed, making it very difficult to adjust the volume, etc., in fact almost impossible with one hand. I saw this pointed out in a couple of other reviews and thought, "Well, how bad can it be?" but as it turns out, pretty bad.However, it is also a very handsome case - it looks exactly like what I was looking for. So I'm keeping it for that reason. It will just take some getting used to. I use these buttons a lot, so I may get frustrated and pitch it at some point.

My favourite case ever I have 2 of each colour as spares, ordered my second pink one and got a green instead :( please can you send me the correct colour - pink iPhone 13 pro max

Very disappointed with this product as it cost me £26 it looks like it’s come off the market very cheap and overpriced very disappointed

I love green, so I wanted to love this case. But it got insanely annoying being unable to easily use the buttons on the side. I tried loosening them up, nothing helped. I waited days but no improvement so sadly the case is sitting in a drawer now.

Overall the case is okay - it fits the iPhone 13 pro max fine and seems very durable. But the buttons are insanely difficult to press. You really need to use force to press them. I don’t think I would buy it again.
