was not happy at all
used it only two times ,tried to chop a low branch off a small tree,branch was thumb sized, blade broke a 2 inch chip about 1/2 deep out just below the first 4 inches from the top, was not happy at all, cheap junk steel !!

Classic
I have had this machete and used it for the past six months. It is a true classic. Comfortable wood handle and steel that will hold an edge. I suggest that you sharpen it after your first get it, not that sharp out of the box. But it will keep an edge.
