I really like the combination of mushrooms in this supplement as it makes adding mushrooms and all their health benefits to your diet very easy. Immune boosting (chaga, reishi, turkey tail) brain boosting, stress release, cancer prevention (Reishi, Chaga), control diabetes, depression, inflammation (Cordyceps) even mushrooms that supply amino acids and antioxidants (Maitake). It is all in one capsule and easy to take.For a high quality supplement I wish there were no fillers or excipient ingredients but each capsule does contain cellulose and vegetable stearates. It is pricey at $41 a bottle but a person has to decide what is important to keep your body a well functioning machine.As an added bonus the company is very good to deal with as my bottle arrived broken and unusable (shattered glass everywhere). They replaced it immediately which was really appreciated.
