We bought is for my husband’s mom and gramma and wow what a great gift. Works exactly as advertised (gramma lives in another province). Will be buying more!

Between my mother and I, we have purchased 11 frames for gifts within the past 6 months. 2 of the frames have stopped working correctly. The 1st, I received timely assistance and was sent a new frame. I would say I had appropriate assistance from the company. The only complaint is that I needed to pay $20+ to return the ill functioning frame. In my opinion, the company should have paid for the return of their bad product. The second frame however, I have submitted via email and tech support request twice without response. It has been 3 weeks. The company does not offer a customer service phone number, so I have no choice but to continue to waste my time trying to replace a frame that I gifted to my Grandmother. I feel terrible, because she does not get to see me or my children due to COVID, so this frame was a wonderful surprise and she did love it, while it worked. I too love my frame and the ease of the app to add to all of my family members, whom I purchased the frame for. It’s really a wonderful gift, especially in these times! I only give one star because 2 out of 11 frames purchased did not fully work...that’s too many in my opinion. I’m very unhappy with their customer service. I also can not get pictures to email to any frames. The app and website do work well though. I love that I can add multiple pictures, to multiple frames at the same time. If I did this all over, I’d buy a different frame with the app option that allows to add to multiple frames. It’s a wonderful thing, like I said, but this brand is poor. To anyone reading this- Please choose a different frame, but buy a frame, because they’re great! PS I’ve read many comments on Facebook advertisements for this frame, that note the same customer service issues.

I have ordered from this company multiple times as the product is good. However the most recent order, the power cord was missing. I contacted the company twice over two weeks ago and have never heard back. Luckily I have an extra cord that matches so still able to use it but poor customer service.The picture frame itself is easy to set up and send pictures to. It is great gift for family members for easy to send updated photos.

Found our old Digital Frame had crashed and no longer worked. Looked around on Amazon and found this one at a decent price with all the tech involved. We wanted a frame with an SD card reader, not just a "cloud based" library with no other way to access pictures. Don't want to have another device that has info that will bother us to no end. While this one has WiFi and all that other stuff, it has both an SD reader and a USB port to be able to randomly shuffle through all the photos. Picture quality is better than the previous device, but I find that the transitions area bit stuttery at time. Probably a result of the file size for any particular jpg file. The only issue I had was that the SD card from the previous device could not be read. It wasn't corrupt, since it worked fine is a laptop. I just copied to a different brand of SD card and it worked fine. I DID connect to the local WiFi to get the clock and calendar to sync up, but did NOT create the cloud account, which is nice to have so I'm not fixing the time every few months. Overall, a good product with different options for displaying with a frame, frameless, desktop or wall mounting. Plus it was delivered the same day.Adding on a bit of an update- The device has recently started acting up and basically just shutting down at random times. Sometimes every day, sometimes every few days. It may have an issue with temperature or just internal overheating. But each time requires a reset and reconnecting with the WiFi.Adding ANOTHER update! Since about a month after the last 'edit/update', the frame has worked perfectly. No random shutdowns or freezes. A bit baffling, but whatever.

I purchased six of these several years ago for family members. One of these broke and the touch screen inoperable. I reached out to the company about getting the photos from the frame and learned two positive details. The photos are NOT saved to any cloud for security reasons and point to point and if I plugged in a mouse the frame could operate and save the photos. I purchased a multi-USB connector and connected both mouse and USB and saved all the photos to the USB and once the new frame arrived used the same process to put them back to the new one. I have since fixed the broken frame (again) and believe I reconnected touch screen functionality, however, if not carefully placed it will fall apart so I am using it in another location in the house.I recommend this frame to others and believe it's helpful to know that you can use the mouse to transfer files if needed.
