This does not feel like 100% Egyptian Cotton. The label shows 100% Cotton (no mention of Egyptian) and there is no OEKO Tex mark on the label. There is a very harsh smell when opened. I don't think this is worth the £25.99 cost.

There are three types of cotton made in Egypt. The one traditionally known as "Egyptian Cotton" is called extra-long staple (ELS). A lower quality version is called long staple (LS), and then there is regular cotton.Both ELS and LS cotton will have the Cotton Egypt Association logo and a reassuringly high price tag.I knew that I wouldn't be getting a super king-sized bedsheet for under £200 in genuine Egyptian cotton, so I wasn't under any illusion that this was the real deal.What you actually get is Chinese cotton, which will bobble up over time.That said, it is a decent quality bed sheet for the money, but it is not what is advertised.

Very comfy. The size is a bit tight though in case your mattress is slightly bigger than regular size.
