Another brilliant product from The Pro Co! 👍🏻The main reason why The Pro Co stands out for me and I choose them without hesitation instead of all these other brands available out there is the fact that their products are vegan and cruelty free! I honestly do not understand how in this day and age, it is not a minimum requirement! 😁All you need is one capaule a day, which is easy to swallow due to its smooth shell. You basically do not have an excuse not to purchase these supplements and consume daily for your own health.There are enough pills in this jar to last you half a year. Two jars a year for £20 both is a small price to pay for maintaining an energy-yielding metabolism, especially if you work out regularly 😁

This capsule type of Magnesium is much easier than the tablet to take and swallow it. Less powdery feeling and no broken tablet.

Have taken magnesium citrate for years due to the benefits and I've found this one to be very good. I like that only need to take 1 per day , the price and how many you get in the bottle.

Switched over to using this magnesium citrate from a different, much more expensive brand after I ran out and haven't noticed any difference at all since then. I take two capsules at bed time and I definitely notice a difference in my sleep compared with not taking them.
