Using for my kitchen waste!
My city just started a composting program so we have to keep all of our food scraps for the organics bin. This is a deal, we just put it on the back porch and put all of our food waste in it and empty it once a week. It looks nice on my country patio and it’s heavy enough that it isn’t affected by wind.

No tomatoes
Nice pot, big, well made. The white one permanently stains if you cook an all day Italian tomato sauce in it. Tried all the scrubbers and all the chemicals and soaking and calisthenics. Nope, pink pot for you.

Quality product
The pot is powder coated enamel on steel as described. Cuisinart makes top quality cookware and both my wife and I are happy with the pot. I would have liked an adjustable steam vent on the lid but we can live without that.

No es hierro fundido
En la descripción dice que es hierro fundido, pero es hierro esmaltado, algo parecido al peltre. Es ligero y de hecho me parece bien, pues si fuese de hierro fundido me preocuparía el peso por el tamaño de la olla. Por otro lado estaba dispuesto a lidiar con el peso pues amo las ollas de hierro fundido. Me lo quedaré pues es compatible con inducción. Solo le pongo 4 estrellas por este error en la descripción.
