Still holding strong!
I didn't expect much from some cheap chineseium clamps but WOW, so far so good! It's kept the cap on my truck all summer and all winter so far, will update if they ever break.

Good, holds the shell down well after I added rubber pads to protect pickup bed sheet metal
Good product. I cut up an old rubber sole to protect the sheet metal from the "claws", but anyone cando that, should do that to prevent dents and rust. With that, you can tighten it down quite a bit and really hold the camper shell in place.

Working OK
I'm not sure if use these clamps were better or the brakes c-clamp. I guess they were OK not the best. Somehow, I don't like the designed especially the part where I circle purple (picture). This gap shouldn't be there or maybe toward the screw. With this gap, the clamps is not secured tighten or maybe I installed wrong. I installed upside-down and both ways with the gap parts stay underneath, does not stable. Therefore, this is the best way to installed. I have to use a rubber hammer to pound so its against tight, however with the gap, when you tighten the screw, the clamps still moves depending on where you turning the screw. I'm not sure if I recommend this but if you need it, just get it otherwise c-clamps aren't bad.

I finally installed it
It took a while for me to get enough time to put all six clamps inIt's a lot slimmer than the c-clamps that they put on my original camper tops and it feels a lot more secure

THEY WORK PERFECTLY!
Put a shell on my 1st Gen Tundra and these are holding it up quite nicely. I offroad quite a bit and they keep it in place perfectly despite the bouncing around. Good snug fit and they are sturdy themselves. No real chance of them breaking.

Quality is great, but too short
These are high quality but they are not long enough to clamp down anything in a Toyota Tacoma
