Das Buch ist jeden Cent wert, allein die Fotos sind schon top - da möchte man am liebsten gleich probieren!Jede Rezeptseite hat links eine Aufstellung der Zutaten, und rechts die Zubereitungsmethode.Die Rezepte sind häufig klassische amerikanische Gerichte, aber eben nicht nur- es geht eigentlich einmal um den Globus.Auch der süße Teil wird nicht vernachlässigt - das liest sich so lecker, daß ich alles probieren werde.Einen Stern habe ich abgezogen, weil es keine Nährwertangaben enthält, man muß sich die Kcal pro Portion selbst ausrechnen.

I think when you go into such detail (like using more than one mug, having to fix something IN A SAUCEPAN) for a MUG meal then you've missed the point of a mug meal entirely. The goal is to shove like three items in, nuke it, then continue studying. This author cares very much about taste, but too much for it to be a mug meal. If I'm going to put THAT much effort into something then I'm just going to cook. It's a fun idea for a real adult.

Most of the recipes require a long list of ingredients. For instance the Chile Verde has 15 ingredients. If I'm going to use that many ingredients, I would have to making a pot not a mug. I bought this book because the author had written an excellent and practical cookbooks on mug cakes

Since I live alone with only a microwave at present, this book had me name on it! The recipes are well balanced and look yummy! I even bought a new set of large mugs. I am tired of eating junk food. These recipes will help me take better care of me. I am very pleased with my purchase.
