Simple to install and well made

Used this to facilitate switching on and off a lamp in an elevated position, where reaching up to the inbuilt switch would be inconvenient. It has cable strain relief clamps as you'd expect and meets my expectations of a safe, easy to use, in line switch. Originally purchased as a mistake, thinking it was slightly higher amp rated, but that was my fault, and I I found use for the pack of two switches on another project.Good item, and really good value.

The quality seemed ok on first impression, but then I tried to attach the wires, I consider myself a very competent diy'er, but cutting the wires to the correct length and then try and fix them was overly hard.To begin with they worked nicely, but noticed a couple times when demonstrating my success to the family that sometimes I had to wiggle the rocker switch to make it come on, but then gradually over the day of demonstrating that they worked less and less, checked the connections and they were fine, it literally does not quite push the contactor far enough to make a good connection.I've now had to replace them.
