Unbelievable results
I can't believed it worked :). Ive had a problem with moles for years. My lawn is nearly an acre and moles have had a total run of it. I found a hole that was way bigger than the usual with a tunnel that was fresh. I filled the hole and flattened the tunnel. The next morning there was evidence of more activity. I poured a little of the castor oil directly on the area and then treated the lawn with the sprayer. It has been about a week and I haven't seen any active mole trails. I am really impressed. Not sure how long it will remain effective, but I'm sold for now. Ive paid hundreds of dollars to a lawn service to get rid of the moles, but the moles just traveled to different areas of the lawn. This castor oil is way cheaper and seems to be more effective Update: there was more activity in the main area treated. I treated the area again as well as other area on the lawn. The goal is to run the moles out of my lawn. Still confident that it will work overtime. I even purchased another gallon and going to be more aggressive with the applications

Doesn't work
Really not worthwhile. I tried this and other anti-mole formulas - none had even the slightest effect. Eventually, reluctantly, I bought some mole traps for a fraction of the price of this product. These really did work!

This stuff really DOES work!!
I have a half acre residential lot in a small suburban town. I live on a corner with heavy woods on two sides. For the first time in 30 years I have a heavy infestation of moles. Doing a lot of on-line research lead me to MolEvict. I ordered it, along with the Chapin G362 All Purpose Hose End Sprayer. Instead of treating the entire 9420' that had moles on the first application, I decided to treat the portion furthest away from the woods as a test area. I waited two days and walked the test area and collapsed all the mole tunnels. I checked the next day, and then the next day, and found that the test area was completely free of moles. The next day I treated the entire yard. Now, the Chapin sprayer has a 16 oz. bottle and I filled it completely up. I was shocked to find that after HEAVILY spaying the entire yard, about 9200' I still had half a bottle. After a day I went out and collapsed as many of the tunnels as I could find. Two days later there is still no knew activity. I'm VERY encouraged. The instructions say to re-apply after two weeks, and then once every six months. This product does not kill the moles, it chases them away. Apparently they can't stand the smell. There is a slight odor, but it's not obnoxious, at least to us. Some reviewers said they could actually see some moles running across the lawn to get away. I didn't see that, but I did see where there were breeches in the tunnels that looks like they left. I do have have a small dog that is not bothered by the MolEvict, and neither is a neighbors dog.

Works sometimes
Worked well to drive out moles last year with a few applications to the lawn. This year, not working. Still molehills after daily application for a couple weeks. The infestation was worse this year when I started, maybe better to catch them early.Still trying as there seems to be no other good option.
