If you loved Dune, you will love the atmosphere in this movie. Aliens are beyond expectation. The movie creates emotion by using great visuals, great soundscapes, and an intriguing story. A++++

Great take on aliens.

He wanted to watch a space movie. We both loved this movie. Not scary, more fascinating and we talked alot about it afterward.

for us it was a perfect sci-fi thriller, keeps you engaged to see where it is going. The special effects/CGI is well done making you forget that you are watching something that is not real (well at least we think so, ;-) ). Well acted getting absorbed into the characters.

This movie totally caught me off guard, as I’m not a big sci-fi fan. IT WAS EXCELLENT! I’ll be watching it again, partly to catch all the nuances I missed the first time, but mostly just to enjoy it again.

I keep going back to this movie…I love it

This was the best "time travel" movie I have ever seen. It's plot is original and sophisticated and heartbreaking / melancholy. The casting was perfect, the effects were subtle, good, and did not interfere with the excellent story. I have watched this many times now.

Per appassionati antropologi, un film di sicuro effetto. In fondo, stiamo facendo la stessa cosa anche noi con le scritture degli umani di 4000 anni fa. Bravi tutti gli attori. Ottima regia. Rivederlo è sempre come se fosse la prima volta. Come quando si va a trovare un parente stretto.

About the Blu-ray: My copy plays perfect. I have a Blu-ray optical drive and PowerDVD 14 installed in a Windows 10 desktop. I don't get the menu 'error' mentioned here by most of the customers. Maybe it is because I am playing it on a computer rather than through a Blu-ray player for TV.The menu can be controlled using the keyboard keys in PowerDVD.The screen selection breaks the movie into 16 parts.I haven't watched the extras yet. But I have skimmed through them and they look interesting.About the movie: I liked it, although I didn't completely understand it. It is a science fiction drama/mystery. It is slow but not too slow, and got my interest from the very beginning. I will watch it again with someone to understand it. And maybe those extras I skipped hold some information as well.
