Q: How do i get a replacement? The wheels broke off at the airport the first time my grandaughter used it?

If you figure that out please let me know. The one I bought feel apart too. It lasted about 3 months!

Q: Does this replace a stroller at the airport? Does your child take off running on the trunki vs being strapped into a stroller?

My daughter had a blast riding on her trunki through ATL. We landed in Heathrow and was able to maneuver with her (in my opinion) a lot easier than if she was in a stroller. You have to take turns slow or it will tip over, but it’s a great way to keep kids entertained. Instead of clothes we put her toys and activities inside, and it fit easily under her seat on the airplane for easy access. She’s 4 now and carries it like her own luggage so in my opinion a win/win for us!

Q: What's the maximum kid's weight the suitcase can hold?

My grandbabies were both about 25 pounds

Q: My son just turned 4 and is almost 4ft and is 57pounds is he too big to ride it?

My daughter is almost 4 ft and doesn't spend much time riding it as she has to bend her feet quite a bit but still loves to pull the trunki around and just use it as a seat at airports
