Weight Watchers Scales by Conair Smart Scale for Body Weight, Digital Bluetooth Smart Bathroom Scale with Body Fat, Muscle, and BMI in Black

This is a very helpful scale that helps me understand how my body's reacting to changes in diet and exercise. The free phone app displays graphs that show progress for the week, month, year, or "all." In addition to tracking weight I can see its components: water, muscle, fat and bone. In hot weather I can make sure I don't get dehydrated by checking my water percentage. The only thing to remember is that it shows percentage of the components, so if water is way down, for instance, muscle will appear to go up a little. It's easy to get hard numbers with simple math: just multiply the percentage by the overall weight. I've just bought one of these for my sister. It's a great tool!

I like this because my wife and I are doing weight watchers together and we do weekly weigh-ins. This automatically updates the WW app and Google fit.

I think this is major bang for your buck. I also like that the weight is only recorded when I bring my phone and connect the app to the scale, because I can weigh myself between weekly weigh-ins without seeing those numbers reflected in my history. That way I don’t feel so down about normal fluctuations in my day to day weight!The app is super user friendly and the scale is lightweight and simple. I love tracking my other stats as well, especially my muscle mass :) love this scale!

For some reason this scale will not work with the app unless I turn the app on as I step on the scale. Super annoying to have to have my phone with me when I weigh myself.

I purchased this scale from the Amazon Warehouse and immediately upon unboxing suspected it was not just an “open box” product, but had been already used (the tab for the battery was pulled out).Users//the App: I went to set myself up as a user in the app, but when the scale connected via Bluetooth (which actually worked), the “User 1” slot was already taken (yep, definitely a used return). So, I thought I’d just go ahead and factory reset the scale so all users are cleared… After searching for hours, there are no directions online or in the box on how to reset this particular model of scale (online it says there’s a little hole in the base to press —but there is not on this model). Okay, fine, so my next step was to look up how to just delete a user from the scale. Nope, there are no directions for that either, which made me think: What if you break up with User 2? Or Users 4 and 7 move away? Nope, you’re stuck with the memories and weight readouts of them forever.Functionality: Feeling defeated, I thought I’d just wake it up and try out its core functionality regardless. Well, tapping it didn’t work, hitting it didn’t either—it only wakes up if I step onto the scale and then step off. Finally, onto the nuts and bolts of this scale—Body Analysis and Weight: the weight was accurate, but nothing populated for any body analysis info and it keeps throwing an “Err” on the screen after trying to get a reading. According to the instructions, my feet are “too dry.” Okay, I’ll—uh—moisten them, I guess? Nope—not a shower, not lotion, not wearing slippers for an hour beforehand, nothing worked.Customer Service: So instead of just complaining about all of this, I wanted to reach out to Conair to see if they had a solution. Easy, right? In the actual app for the scale, there is a section on “Help” and “Contact Customer Service.” When I tapped it, nothing happened/opened. When I go to the URL in the instructions that came with the actual scale, it takes me to a non-functioning webpage. I searched for a help page and finally was able to send an email to Conair’s Customer Service. It’s been a week and they never responded.Conclusion: Because of the lack of core functionality, inability to reset/clear the memory of the scale, and the lack of customer support and instruction for this model, the scale has been returned and noted as defective.

Love this scale and the fact it links to my Weight Watcher app. It keeps track of the weight I've lost (gained) and it shows a graph as well. Weigh in day I just open the app on my phone and step on the scale! Boom! So easy!! Love!

App is easy to use, imports to WW seamlessly, super easy to use and super accurate (comparing too weights done at hospital). Husband and I both use it with different profiles and it works awesome!
