BMVJNVOL pine bark with a combination of ingredient seems to work just as effective as pure pine bark i used from another brand supporting good leg and foot circulation with very little to no cramping after strenuous activities or none.

i was unsure about this product but headaches due to blood pressure spike have decreased tremendously. this is not a cure but it does help with the frequency and severity of pressure spikes

Fast delivery. Liked that it combines multiple ingredients together so I can take just a pill for multiple benefits. Not too sure about the concentration yet. But so far so good! Perhaps better than previous pine bark extract I tried.
