Great set of balls for the price! We have been using these for playing on the ice. I'm not sure what sport you would call it... we have people in ice skates or boots, using hockey sticks on a homemade goal. They are easier to handle than a hockey puck for in experienced players. They are not super bouncy which is great on the ice. Have held up well in just over 0°F weather.

boubght for my toddler. i think its not a good idea to buy for little kids.. It smells with plastic so much, and since the kids want to take everything into their mouth, i dont think its safe

I use this ball for my personal use with myofacial release work. It is very helpful when I have tight knots.

I bought these for ball-rolling in place of foam rollers to help release areas of my body. The 4" balls are better but these are good some areas of the body.

These balls are great for use of self therapy for releasing tight fascial (connective tissue). I recommend them to my clients.
