I like this product a lot and take as a "support supplement" at 3-8 caps a day for a short period of time. One thing is assess your tolerance of Borrage oil though and see how your body reacts to it. Some people recommend a couple grams a day, but make sure you can tolerate it. Also I only trust NOW and a few other companies to distill their products from contaminants such as mercury and other harmful stuff. Cheap fish oil is not worth your health and liver.....although NOW is pretty darn cheap as it is, especially on amazon. I was gonna switch up to Krill oil this year but I've found too many conflicting research articles online and one that stuck out was shell fish allergies. I really wish NOW would make a 3-6-9 + sesamin product. That would be epic. ANYWAY.... large doses for 2-4 weeks can help regulate good and bad cholesterol levels and lipid levels I've heard. Even your joints will thank you. If you are of good health already then normal max dosage (according to bottle) would be just fine.

I have taken Omega for years. However, a surgeon friend of mine started taking the Omega 3 - 6 - 9 after experiencing a heart attack; and so have I!

I enjoyed the product and feel as thought it has help my body especially since I've been neglecting taking vitamins/supplements

Good vitamin, is a little big, but easy to swallow. I'm happy with my purchase.

NOW is a great processor and this product has never given me a fishy aftertaste. I recently tried the Glucosamine + Chondroitin + MSM and immediately had a diarrhea reaction to the Chrondroitin (I hope not the Glucosamine). Did more research and came across the "GAIT Trials" about this combination and learned that the Glucosamine works remedially better by itself than the Chrondroitin or a combination of the two. By the way I learned that the shellfish called shellfish sulfate is only made with the shells of shellfish not the meat where the protein is that can cause an allergic reaction. But certain people have an intolerance to Glucosamine and or Chrondroitin which can cause diarrhea and many other symptoms so one could easily mistake their reaction as allergy related when it might not be.Anyway, I am going to continue to use this and just try adding the NOW Glucosamine. Wish me luck.
