What is the difference between tweed and wool?

Does this cap come in a brown tweed? How should I measure my head to determine the proper size?

does this cap have a band around it sewn and see it in back instead of a straight back?

Do anyone knows how these hats size runs? (larger,etc) I buyed one (another brand) and the size is M (7 - 7 1/8), but, these differs a little. Thanks!
