I was looking for a large, non-slip exercise mat to do my P90x and Focus T25 workouts on and this is more than adequate for my needs. It's wide, thick and very durable. I use this in my apartment and it does move slightly when I'm running back and forth or jumping... but that's because my floor is carpet, really not a big deal to me. But it's extremely stable on any other hard surface. I would absolutely buy this again, highly recommended.

I love that this mat is large enough for me to do all kinds of exercises! It is easy to clean, no bad odor, firm and cushion at the same time!! It is just PERFECT!!

Good mat but only for one person, it is not big enough for two.

The mat is a good sizes, what I notice is a bit hard , I wanted something to handle weights but also soft enough to be comfortable when you lays on your back ..and that the problem that is hard. Other than that it can work.

My mat is black and it is 6"x4". It is larger than my 3 yoga mats which are all different companies and normal standard size. I would have liked for this exercise mat to have been 6x6 for me that would have been perfect. However this mat has worked for me for floor aerobics, weight workouts and floor exercises. I purchased it at a low price to use in my apartment to muffle the noise I made on my wood floor. I feel it has done that. It is not soft enough to use alone for yoga/stretch I use my yoga mats on top for that.

this mat serves as my yoga and meditation mat.the space alone inviting, it stays put, easy to clean, it's stability supports the body.i bought one 2 years ago & it's like new; i'm gifting my granddaughter the same mat for her upcoming birthday.

UPDATE. Supplier is super easy to work with. Customer service was fantastic. We worked out my issue. Thankful to have bought from a seller like this.I wanted to love this, but I don’t. I use it 5-6 days a week. At first I realized how slippery it was especially if there is any sweat. A little dangerous for mat cardio workouts. I gave it a month or so and it didn’t get better.I am currently using the back of the mat because of how slippery and I was outside of my return window, it sheds so bad and slips around my floor but works. My guess is I only will get ~6 months out of this mat with a bad experience.The only pro is the size, I do like how large it is and the thickness.
