How would this fit a man that is 6'8"?

It would likely reach just above his knees. The man I bought this for is 5'8 and it goes slightly below his. The loop around the neck is adjustable if you need to wear it lower, too!

I don't think it makes a distinction in sizes. My husband has a pretty big stomach and it looks good on him. It fits me big. My husband is 220lbs. I'm bigger. I'm 5'7" and it is below my knees. If your husband is 300 or more it probably is only going to cover the very front.

I don't think so. It's a heavy fabric but I don't think it has a teflon coating.
