Smells great. The lavender scent is very soft but present and it doesn't take long after lighting the candle for the entire room to fill with scent. This is my first soy candle so I can't really compare it to other soy candles but I think I am a soy candle convert now. I was scrolling through different candles and found some that were advertised as "pet candles" and there were lots of (very expensive) candles supposedly designed for aromatherapy for pets. I looked and saw that they were all just soy candles so that led me to this find a cheaper soy candle without the "pet friendly" price hike. I lit this one morning in my bedroom and my cat, who is usually a wild child in the mornings, slept in for several hours and was very mellow. I'd have to say he was a fan of this candle as he has never been affected by my other wax candles, he really doesn't like them actually. It works as aromatherapy for both of us. So far I've had it lit for probably 8-10 hours and I've only lost about a half inch of candle. It smells great every time I light it too, doesn't seem like the smell is dying out like my wax candles always do.tl;dr - smells nice, smell doesn't disappear over time, my cat likes it, lasts a while, will probably buy more from Nika's Home

Love the natural lavender scent and super clean burn. Burned for about 4 days! Would purchase more often if it were a bit less expensive, but still a great deal.

Finally! A non toxic candle!!! So grateful to Nika’s Candle creator for intending to put their words to their creation. It means a great deal to me!!! For years I tried many candles labeled nontoxic-bought some of them repeatedly:(. But they made me sleepy or just drowsy; indicating toxicity. Nika’s candle no trace of toxicity after 12 hours.

All her candles smell clean and delicious, but the wicks do mushroom and the black pieces fall into your candle no matter how careful you are. That is the nature of the cotton wicks used on soy candles, I trim the wicks after every use to try to keep the candle burning well and clean. Just don't get too obsessive about this and enjoy the candle ;)

I’m so glad I found Nika’s candles. I’ve tried two different scents and they did not disappoint. I will definitely order more in the future.

Smells like straight up kerosene. Lavender has been my favorite scent for many years now and this...WHEW it smells like actual kerosene it's crazy. The plumeria is delightful, so it's wild to me how bad the lavender is by the same company.My ego likes it when people hit the Helpful button to motivate me to keep leaving reviews so please do so if I helped!
