Perfect coaxial/communication cablebox
This is a perfect Cable Box for my/your home installation . the box is weather proof and waterproof. there is no seal because there doesn't need to be one. the closing rim interlocks and unless Noah Ark is floating past your garden, there is nothing to worry about.I use my phone for streaming so i don't use a home internet provider. therefore, i installed this box to keep the cables in order and protect them from the weather in my case. But if I decide to go with an ISP for my home, I am ready. Definitely, this box is also perfect for any other project (sprinkler controller, external light controls, alarm system related ... whatever). I did not shorten the cables you see from my house in the picture: They completely fit into the box, so there is a lot of space/volume. There are plenty of ports/breakouts (side towards house-wall) and foam sealed entries on the bottom for cables in/out. You cannot break out the back side round openings. I used a circular saw blade for wood/drywall and cut through this plastic smoothly and in a controlled manner (see picture with 110V electric drill; my Ryobi freshly charged 18V drill couldn't do it). I used three stainless steel screws in place of the provided zinc screws and attached the box from the inside. I did not use the top/bottom optional external screw mounts. The box is lockable to discourage unauthorized fombeling, but if you wanted to get into this box with force, it would be relatively easy, but this is simply not my concern for this install.

Solid product for a DIY cable clean-up
I bought this product because my home was pre-wired for cable, but only to the extent that RG6 cables were pulled to junction boxes and bundled up with tape outside my house. Obviously with the virus thing going on the cable company can't come in, so I needed a solution to organize and split the RG6 cables after I terminated and tested them. I used a 6-way RG6 splitter which didn't line up with the holes in the junction box (it doesn't use the rail system described in this product description so that's on me), but it aligned with some of the holes when I tilted the splitter at an angle. There is no weather seal around the door, it just laps over itself a bit, so I'm not sure I'd call that weatherproof. I live in a hurricane zone and my house is in a flood zone, so I'm going to get some neoprene tape and see if I can get it to seal that way. If you're using this and you're in a flood zone, make sure to elevate it above the flood elevation from your flood insurance rate map (one less thing to replace after a flood that way). For ease of installation, it was a bit awkward to do solo, but I found that the hole pattern roughly matched the concrete masonry wall on my garage. I think this is designed to roughly line up with the bed joints of a standard concrete masonry wall which made it pretty easy to locate and install. If you're installing this against split face CMU bear in mind that's going to offset the box another 1/4-3/8" from the face of the wall, so make sure your fasteners are long enough.Overall I am pleased. The off-white color matched the beige-ish color of the masonry wall, the product itself is pretty sturdy, and it has plenty of space for cable management. I had enough space to shift all 5 cables into two of the little foam slots where the cables come in which made it easy to zip tie and clean up the cable organization.Bottom line: If you've got a disaster of a coax cable situation running into your house, you have a bunch of rooms with cable connections, and you want to protect things better from wind/rain/water then snag this, snag a new splitter for your cables, and this will protect it fairly well against direct rain, dirt, dust, sunlight, & yard work activities. For humidity protection and wind-driven rain, you will need to add some neoprene tape or something to create a reasonably waterproof seal between the body of the junction box and the door. If you only have a few rooms that have coax cables then you could probably go for a slightly shorter junction box, but make sure it's still ~10" wide to ensure you've got plenty of space to avoid kinking the cables.

Good product for the money.
I used this box to organize all the telephone and cable wires. Attached is the before and after photos. It is well thought out with many screw down features to keep the wires in place. It has 3 screws to hold it to the wall and could use 4, one in each corner. The plastic is soft so it does rock a little on the 3 screw points. Not enough of a concern for me to drill a 4th hole but I would do it if I had to install another one. We will see how well it holds up to the sun. All-in-all, it is a nice box for the price.

Was able to pack a lot into this box.
Used this enclosure to clean up the unsightliness of a multiple set top box DishTV installation. (In one picture, the cables were un-clipped from the house; that was for painting. Even when mounted, they were unsightly.) Based on another review, I bought .140" screen spline to seal the door better. The spline fit, but the door wouldn't close, so manufacturing may follow the specs a bit loosely if it worked on one enclosure and not on another. Not really an issue, since all the cabling/components have been exposed for years and still worked. The goal was to improve appearances and that was achieved. Replaced the Holland diplexers and splitter with identical bought here on Amazon. The door clasp is a bit weak, so I've secured it with a tie wrap. The bottom of the enclosure has split foam installed in cutouts which made bringing cabling into the box easy.
