As soon as you open the box you know this vest is made well, looks great and also can be concealed with a light jacket. The sides allow you to adjust the vest for best fit. I’ve been riding western for over 30 years. They used to say you have to have a helmet, now I say you have to wear a vest. I just fractured my tailbone on a ride a few months back. Maybe if I wore this my injuries would have not been as serious. I’ll never ride without it. Thank you for making an excellent product.

This thing is absolutely top quality. The padding is fairly thick and not mushy at all. Because of the design and the way the pads are layered, there are no gaps or thin spots in the coverage but the whole thing is still able to flex and move with your body. Elastic cords on both sides allow the vest to be tightened or loosened as needed up to about 2 inches per side. There is padding under the cords so even if they are loosened the area is still protected. I did not think I was going to be able to afford a vest this comfortable and protective but I got lucky and caught it for $250. Now that I have it, I can say it is definitely worth the full retail amount. If you can afford it, this is the vest to get.

I’m getting old, I had a fall and a trip to the ER. I simply must keep riding so I got this vest to hopefully eliminate any more visits to the ER. VERY comfortable, could use just a tad more space for a woman’s figure, if you know what I mean...

The third time I wore it the zipper broke. It seems the vest itself is quality, though not long enough in the back.

Have used this vest for about 6 months. Over the last 2 months the zipper has failed over and over again. I don't expect it to last much longer. For the price - the zipper SHOULD be excellent quality. It's plastic. I would not recommend this vest nor would I buy again. After all, the zipper is an important component.

My daughter loves this vest! She wears it anytime she rides, including shows. She says it’s very comfortable. And it’ looks nice on.

Very happy with this body protector! Its incredibly comfortable while still meeting safety standards and being somewhat attractive.

Easy to keep clean, covers the collar bone, thick, worth the money !
