DREAM PAIRS Women's Chunky Heels Open Toe Ankle Strap Sparkly Heels Pump Sandals

This is my 3rd pair of this particular model (black suede, white & red suede). For the price point, you cannot beat the comfort, timeless styling & balance of the heel. I have not tried the glitter options so I cannot vouch for the durability of their finishes, but anything suede or PU should be great. I love wearing them when I need a pair of balanced, flattering shoes with a higher heel for special occasions. The criss-cross design does not squeeze my little toes like a single strap toe box/forefoot style tends to do for folks with medium or wider widths . My foot is 10.25”L with a medium width and the shoes that seem to fit range from a US 9.5-10.5, depending on style. I went with a size 9.5 and they fit well. I’ve had multiple open tarsal & ligament repairs (plate, screws + permanent hardware etc) on one foot/ankle. The surgeries left significant scarring. It’s been a challenge to find pretty shoes that don’t push on those scars, cater to a medium width foot with an adjustment strap that has enough holes to accommodate ankles that trend “moderately scrawny” in diameter or squeeze my little toes. Strappy sandals have become my saving grace for dress shoe options, but I have found that not all strappy sandals are created equal. Then I ordered my first set of Dream Pairs heeled sandals about 3 years ago on a whim.Personally, this model has been great as far as quality, affordability, style and is almost practical (for me). For folks that already do well with walking in anything that is taller than a 2” heel…place your order. These heels are super cute, timeless, versatile & comfy—and that is taking my mobility challenges into consideration. They have been perfect for special occasions and I feel balanced when walking in them for the most part. However the height of the shoe gets to me after a while because of the hardware & neuropathy in my foot. I tend to struggle with them when walking longer distances and my stride is reduced so I walk a lot slower with smaller steps. But that is me, it’s not a defect with the shoe at all. These are still the best pair of heels (with a 3” heel) that I have walked in at this price point (even at higher price points) to date.So this where the excellent customer service part from Dream Pairs & the seller factors in. I was shopping for a similar shoe with a lower heel for the everyday stuff — for the occasions when you need something a bit fancier than your trusty sneakers, a pair that will go with any outfit but allows you to keep your normal pace, all day long. I found a different Dream Pairs style that I thought would meet that criteria with a lower heel & it had a single strap on the forefoot. I ordered a couple of pairs expecting a similar experience. Unfortunately, I had some issues with the lower block heel that I did not experience with this model. I went through a couple replacement/returns until I realized the lower heel model was not going to work out. I did a final return to the seller (which went smoothly & efficient) then wrote a detailed review of my experience as I was a bit sad that it didn’t work out since I had such a great experience with this higher heel.Within a couple days of completing my review I was promptly contacted by customer service regarding my concerns and they asked if there was something they could do to change my mind. The seller was extremely kind and genuinely cared. I was blown away by their willingness to resolve my issue.They listened to my concerns regarding the other model and while I could not get the lower heel I that I was looking for to work out, they sent me another pair of these 3” heels and they are just as great as my other two pairs. Same fit, quality with a flattering, timeless, & versatile style. I was so grateful for the follow-up & genuine helpfulness that I received from the seller. The seller TopShoes has definitely earned my business. I will keep checking back, in hopes that this style with the same accommodating criss-cross or double strap toe box might be offered by Dream Pairs with a lower block/chunky heel in the future. If that happens, I will order a pair in every color! :-)

Such cute shoes and SO comfortable, wore them for a wedding yesterday (never wore them before except to try on after arrival) and my feet didn’t hurt at all!! True to size, I wear 8.5-9 and got them in size 9. Perfect shoes and can’t wait to wear them again 👏🏼

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with shipping. The shoes came later than expected with multiple expected delivery dates given and missed. After a few miss dates I gave up and ordered other shoes.As far as the shoes go, they came in a very sturdy box, I’m used to get crushed boxes when I order online. The shoes were each on its own little bag thats great for storing. For glittery shoes I did not see any glitter in the box or on me or the floor which I loved. They are super cute but a little small for me. I’m a 9.5 and my toes were coming out of the top of the 9.5 shoes. Heels usually hurt me pretty quickly but in the few minutes I had them on my feet I felt pretty comfortable. Straps felt perfectly comfortable. I am returning these but I’d consider buying a bigger size in the future allowing more time for shipping. If they would have came on the first expected shipping date I would have had time to order a bigger size in time for my event.

To start, I do not wear heels. Ever! I normally hate heels and cannot find any to fit properly. I have rather large fat and wide feet with s high instep and big ankles. So I had little hope that these would work. I have a wedding to attend in 2 weeks and ordered several pair of heels to do the shotgun approach. I almost settled for some others that were cute but not sexy and kind of old lady looking. And then these little beauties arrived. And I am in love. They're so comfortable and secure on my feet that I'll even feel like dancing in them. I seriously want to get them in a few other colors now for other future occasions and for going out. Not only are they comfortable, but they actually compliment my feet and make them look smaller and more like a woman's feet rather than Fred Flintstone. I am in between sizes (10 and 11) so I ordered up which was the right move. The size is perfect. The strap the goes around the low ankle is adjustable and somewhat stretchy so they was able to adjust them to secure the shoe for plenty of walking and dancing. By the way they're very pretty too with a lot of sparkle. I feel like a lady for the first time in years. Get these if you're on the fence and don't have narrow feet! You won't regret it. Dance fever!!!! :)

Very comfortable. Cushion sole and soft leather feel good walking in. Order came very quickly too. Packaging was nice. They run true to size.

Fit is true to size. It is a great “all day” sandal. Can be for dressy occasions as well. Only negative is that there is an “air” noise that comes out with every step.

I bought two pairs of these- the glitter champagne and the white. I wore the white for my engagement photos and the champagne as my wedding shoes. Extremely great value and beautiful! Every foot is different, so you may not experience the same things I did. I struggle with heels due to foot issues (bunions). The structure fit my foot well and I had low discomfort while wearing them, and they minimized my bunions. The heel is thick enough that I didn't punch through grass walking around the outdoor wedding. However, I did get a serious blister along the back of my heel within 15 minutes of wearing them at the engagement photoshoot. For the wedding I used thick hydroseal bandaids to cover that area and that took care of recurring blisters and protected the current ones (and were near invisible so didn't ruin the look). Despite this, I do think that these were my best option for wedding shoes and if I could go back in time I would still get them, I would just wear a preemptive bandaid. Definitely get these instead of the overpriced bridal shop shoes that are way more uncomfortable and lower quality!!
