[Upgraded] Personal Air Conditioner Neck Fan with Refrigeration Chip USB Poratble Fan LED Screen Fast Cool 45℉-55℉/ 3 Wind Speeds

I gave this to my daughter for when she mows her yard. She gets so hot and her face gets as red as a beet...no lie!!! She used this unit and it really did keep her from getting too hot...and her face did NOT get bright red. She loves it!!!! I got the idea to get her this cooling unit from our mail lady.....she walks a 15 mile a day route 5 days a week in all kinds of weather including temperatures of 90 and above....can you imagine?! She started using this cooling system this summer and can't say enough great things about it. Recommendations don't come any better than that.

I have to say that I am not very satisfied with this product!1. Size: I have a rather large neck and this device is so large that it won't even stay on me. I can't imagine someone with a smaller neck trying to keep this on when doing anything other than sitting perfectly still. If I had known just how many times this would fall off my neck when trying to use it, then I would have purchased the extended warranty. I have to hold onto it while just walking normally.It's also so large that this device interferes with almost any activity and prevents movement of your head.2. Battery: HORRIBLE! I had the fan only on speed 2 for half an hour and the battery was at 34% from being fully charged. If I use the cooling plate without the fan, I might get 20 minutes if lucky. With the fan and cooling plate, it's going to be more like 12 minutes. If running the fan only at speed 1, then I might get 5 hours out of this device. Charging also takes at least 2 hours longer than they claim to get to 100%.3. Noise: I am really unable to run this higher than level 1 due to the noise. On level 2, the fans are so loud that you can barely hear people yelling at you.4. Weight: Due to its weight, there isn't a way possible to really get used to having it around your neck.Overall, this didn't really meet my needs, but for now it's the best that I can do. I suffer from some high levels of chronic pain and my hypothalamus is burnt out due to cranial radiation. This makes me always hot and sweating profusly.

With an actual REFRIGERATION chip, you can imagine how extra great to have cool air shooting up through your hair on both sides as well as a sweet breeze around your face. So many have a BLACK design which seems somewhat counterintuitive, so this sweet WHITE one is wonderful. You don't want just a tiny FAN, this is REAL cooling, not just an "air-swisher." YOU'LL LOVE IT!!!

Purchased for my son that works outside in the heat..he loves it .he can easily hear his 2 way radio with unit on. charges fast .easy to wipe clean after use..his friends at work have tried it and plan to purchase one for themselves.. Thank you for such a great product and making me shine once again in my sons eyes...

Not worth the price

Bought to keep cool while playing in band. Hard to determine any benefit and looks like I am wearing a horse collar.

I bought this product to use while watching my students during recess. The cooling plate helped cool my neck but the air that came from the fan was maybe a few degrees cooler than it was outside. It did not work the way it says.
