Great product terrible customer service.
Product is brilliant but the company customer service was terrible, I had to constantly message them and got a response 1 week after it arrived to say the courier could not get in contact with me. Even then I was promised a response and got nothing.5 star Product 0 star service.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this is definitely worth a mention.Excellent value for money, study, looks awesome and definitely passed the rain test.Very easy to install for two people. Took no longer than 3hours.Customer service excellent with quick responses. Although delivery was 5 days later than Amazon’s estimate. High recommend this product.
