Amazing!
Our family absolutely loved the flavor! This is a very nicely paired combination. We have used it over baked chicken, a couple of pasta dishes, and even Salmon! Very crisp and fresh flavor. Just a small sprinkle over everything added a lovely touch to each meal. I highly recommend this product, especially if you love lemon and rosemary combination. Not overwhelming, just delicious! Great price for the amount you receive as well.

Friend your beef!
I bought this item at a fancy gift store as a gift when visiting Texas, the aroma sold me. I was right in thinking the taste would be just as great.

Tasty and versatile
So this is labelled as "French herb infused" sea salt, but that's sort of a weird way to describe it. It's not infused. It's a blend of herbs and salt with mustard seed and garlic as well. There are a lot of blends that are called "French herbs," and this one doesn't exactly have the traditional profile of French herbs for me (I usually think of herbes de provence - marjoram, thyme, oregano, rosemary, and some possible other additions). Tarragon is one of the more powerful flavors in this blend, and the garlic/mustard comes in a close second. It's a very nice flavor, and the amount of salt is more or less enough - I'm a salty person in general, so for some things I've added a bit extra. I've used this in a few ways so far. Pictured, there are some lamb loin chops coated in this herb and salt blend. The result was fantastic, but this is not perhaps a typical use of an herb blend. Rather than a hot sear, I cooked these lower and slower, simmering in butter to achieve a nice herby crust. This blend went very well with the lamb flavor, so I'm sure it would work well on leg of lamb or beef roasts as well, and I think I'll try it on a whole chicken at some point. Apart from meats, I have also used it to create a coating on roasted pumpkin seeds, which was unique and quite tasty. Overall, it's a great blend. The quality of the ingredients really shines through. If you don't like tarragon, mustard, or garlic, it won't be for you, because those are the most prominent flavors. Otherwise, give it a try.
