Not sharp at all. The same as a cheap knife with a plastic handle like you see at a discount store. Only this ones got a brand name on it.

This is a great, molded plastic handle, curved blade paring knife at a good price. The included “sheath” is a complete POS: it’s barely adequate to keep the knife safe-ish in a bag, but I’m rating the knife itself, not the sheath. Edge comes sharp and seems to hold an edge well. Blade stiffness and dimensions are perfect for the job. I polished the edge easily enough on a ceramic rod. If you want a fancy knife, look elsewhere. If you want a highly serviceable, affordable paring knife, I recommend this.

was very dull on arrival. took a lot of sharpening. feels great in the hand. this is not a knife i will use a lot so glad to get this one at such a great price.

Nice sharp knife, but is not quality Stainless steel. You must clean and wipe with vegetable oil immediately after use or the blade will pit.

This Messermeister parer knife is excellent. I just hulled and sliced a bunch of strawberry's and it performed perfectly. Buy it, you'll like it.

Able to cut up broccoli and other veggies. Had another one similar shape Rikon Kuhn? that used to puncture my finger. This is great

Will it be as nice as more expensive knives? No but it's a great value. It's sharp enough and handles working in a kitchen really well. Plus at around $10, you can really lay into it and not worry about damaging a good knife.
