This is a very nice little knife. It is well made and super sharp. We have a few Henckel knives and this is as high quality as the others.

Let’s just say anyone who sees me prepping is jealous. These knives are sharp and stay sharp. The curved paring knife is perfect for veggies, apples, peaches, and creating garnishes.

The bird beak shaped contour is perfect for peeling vegetables. It is much better suited than the 4 in standard paring knife and easier to use. The Pro quality can’t be beat.

Great little knife for paring. Fits my hand well and maintains a nice sharp edge. Blade is not as thick as some of the older knives so it is a bit lighter in weight. Be sure to wash by hand; based on our experiencen, the black handle will crack with repeated exposure to dishwasher heat. We have been very satisfied with Zwilling customer service.

I had wanted to get this bird's beak peeling knife after using a similar one that belonged to a friend. Since all my knives are Zwilling, that's the brand I looked for. This little knife was very hard to find and it was even out of stock on Zwilling's site, but I found it here on Amazon. This is described as a peeling knife, but I like to use it for cutting small round things in half such as grapes, cherry tomatoes, radishes and the like. It handles beautifully and is as sharp as can be. A bit pricey, though.

My favorite knife for the job! Makes peeling so easy and precise! I use it every day in my kitchen, it’s especially helpful for dealing with hot peppers, which I grow a lot of. The shape of a beak makes it really easy to cut exactly what needs to be cut. I bought it a few months ago and it’s still sharp as new. I’ve been wanting to buy this knife for a long time, hoping to get it on sale, but it is totally worth the price, now I can’t even imagine how I could have lived without it.
