Daily Digestion Dose - Belly Button Oil

At the outset, I would like to mention that I do a combination of things for better digestion and less acid reflux. I eat dinner early and take 1 teaspoon of castor oil every night ( as per doctor's instructions). I considered using nabhi sutra as a supplement to my existing efforts. It worked from the first use. I used 2 drops in my navel and the next morning, my body detoxed and I felt light. I thought it was a fluke. I did it once more the following night with the same great results the next morning. I shall continue using this product. I am happy because it gave me a different result and so I could make out the difference in my body's detox pattern before and after using nabhi sutra.
