Quality product, but size of ball didn’t work great despite using the products size chart.
Got this for Kindergartner who is learning virtually. Searched many balls-based on reviews went with this one. The material is strong and holds air. Problem with is it difficult for him to actually “sit on” easily without bouncing or rolling around to a point where it’s not the safest to sit on in front of a desk-if he sits on the middle of it it will roll forwards or backwards. I have tried adjusting the amount of air in it but haven’t found a size that makes it easier for him to sit and the instructions aren’t very clear on what diameter it’s supposed to be. He has a good sense of balance in general-I don’t think that is it. My guess is the length of his legs are not long enough to touch the ground when on it-kids have different body proportions even if they are the same “height.” He enjoys (sometimes too enthusiastically) bouncing on in when sitting at his desk) which does get some wiggles out when in front of a screen for hours) so did not return it. However, my goal was to have something he could also keep still on while he writes and does projects. As a reference, I (5’4” and well over 100lbs) am able to balance on it just fine without rolling and it hold up under my weight. Another thing to consider (for those who intend to use this as a replacement for a chair at a desk) is the height of the desk and whether or not it works well in that way. I had a hard time determining this by the description of the ball. The little “legs” on the bottom do prevent it from rolling away when not in use (but they are not meant for nor help in balancing) to a degree. It came with an extra plug to seal it off (doesn’t come with a pump but is easy to inflate with a hand pump). To sum it up, the ball seems to be made of quality material, holds it’s shape and will stay in place when not in use. I gave it less stars because it doesn’t seem the right fit, even though I used the guidelines in the description of the product-which I feel is very important. The “comfort” level and “stability”isn’t great. I found so many choices when searching for an item like this that I just picked one that seemed to have decent reviews. There is a “peanut” shaped one out there-but seems like it not made to sit in the right direction to use as a chair at a desk. I didn’t have the time or energy to return it and try out other ones-and maybe would have found one that worked out better. If you are looking for a balance ball to use not as a replacement for a chair at a desk (like to sit on while playing video games or just for fun) it’s a quality product and decently priced.

Perfect!
These are an alternative seating choice in my classroom and they are perfect. The little legs keep them at the table instead of rolling around the classroom. They have held up to students bouncing very well too.

Cute for the little ones!
I bought two of the largest balls, and while cute and stable with the legs, my high schoolers can't really use them at their desks.

Perfect!
These are an alternative seating choice in my classroom. The legs keep them from rolling around the classroom and they are sturdy so far.

7 year old loved it!
We had this yellow 45 cm ball for 2 years before it finally got a hole today. My active 7 year old loves it and bounces on it every single day. She considers it a good friend and so of course we will buy another one- the same yellow one. She’s in tears that it got a hole but she used it inside and outside roughly. It’s quite durable to last so long with daily use by several kids. She refuses the larger size ball and prefers the 45 cm one, which is big enough for a 4-8 year old. It’s kind of annoying to parents to hear the constant bouncing noise but she loves it, so we put up with it. Buy this and your kids will like it!!

Easily popped
After 2 months in use by a student, he went to adjust himself on the ball with a pencil in his hand and it popped. There was no saving it.

More for littler kids
Bought for my 9 year old - too small. Made more for about 5 year olds. Doesn’t go past my knees.

Bouncy heaven:)
Son absolutely loves it. He uses it to ‘bounce out’ his hyperness when having his tics.... I guess it’s also a great exercise. However, we haven’t actually used it as a chair as it was intended due to its unresistable bounciness:)

Flexible seating
I love these as a flexible seating option but I do find that they don’t last as long as I would like around children haha. I have had about one pop each year (and I only ever have 2-3 in the classroom at the start of the year). They always seem to pop by accident but I couldn’t find a way to successfully cover the hole to continue use so they just get thrown away.

The legs work!!
I have these in my classroom! My students love using them and I love that they don’t keep rolling around everywhere!

Not what you think.
This is not alternative seating for a proper desk. These would work for a children’s table. A table made lower for children. Now I have two unusable balls and I still need desk chairs. Lol live and learn. They were also slight different in design so that was great with two kids who fight over everything.
