There are many colors and sizes.

Q: Is it good for casual hiking or workout ?

I found that most shoe ads say "sized as your regular size." I found this shoe a little snug for my size 10. Even with a thinner sock, which is not good for hiking or workout, it was still a little snug.

Q: Why only some models feature the pull tab on heel ? Shouldn't all feature this?

I don't know why some have tabs. Mine do, but don't need to use them. Shoe goes on easily without them.
