Every so often you need a new one
Not much to say about it. Does what it's supposed to and the new ones don't have scratches and bugs on them....

Does the trick at a cheap price
Exact replacement for one that got scratched when I dropped the helmet off the handlebar, with one exception. It is not "pinlock ready," and therefore can't take the anti-fog insert the original shield allowed. I don't consider this much of a loss, but it was unexpected.

Fits and operates fine.
Be careful when switching shields on HJC helmets. Make sure you pull back the lever, press the shield down into the pivot point and then release the lever. Otherwise the shield will seem like it latched, but might blow off on the highway when you check the lane next to you. :-)

This is a nice shield and I found the company easy to deal with. Initially they sent me the wrong item. They did a little investigation ad I sent them a pic of what I needed. A couple weeks later I had the right one. It works beautifully.
