This is a good product giving 60,000 units of vitamin D3. The gelatinised globule is easy for swallowing. A health supplement, reasonably priced.

Took vit. D3 capsules 60K - daily one capsule for the past 2 months. now my D3 levels have improved from 21 to 132 which is really good. Now I would like to continue with 60K capsule once every week so as to maintain my D3 level. Of course, I also used other supplements like omega 3, vit.c, multi vitamins, and magnesium glycinate daily.
