Size is exactly what’s advertised! Nice fluffy structured pillow. Looks great, and high quality for the budget friendly price. Haven’t tried washing it, as it’s used for in a decorative pillow case but I would assume it would hold up well if washed in a machine or by hand.

So far a great item! Bought 2 pillows since I needed inserts for my ikea pillow covers- perfect fit! The pillow is fluffy and firm but not too firm to make your neck not feel rested. There’s no foul odor when you open it and it’s kept full support on my arm when I need to rest it on a tiny pillow. I highly recommend it! Arrived clean and packaged well.

I wanted some pillows for my bay window and measured the size I needed, which would of been 12x36, it would then fit right under the wooden rail. I received my pillows and they were so small. When I looked at the size I purchased, it said they were a size12x34, not the 12x36 size that I thought I ordered. So, I returned them and opted for a size taller at 14 inches since the 12 inches was so small. The length of 36 seems to fit my wall area perfect (even though the pillow only measures 34), however, the actual pillow size height is 9 inches, that is a far cry from the 14 it is supposed to be. So, I flattened the pillow out as best as I could and it looks like they are measuring the actual fabric size they used and not the final pillow dimension with the stuffing in them. The next size up was a 20 inch which according to the measurement would be way to tall and block my window. Besides they were out of stock. The holidays came and went and I finally got around to addressing my pillow issue. Size 20 back in stock, ordered one just to check for size and it is much bigger/fatter and comes up to the rail, seems a bit big but I think this will look so much better than my 14 inch. But wishing I had been able to order this size sooner because now I am out $75 for three pillows I can't return. Very costly and time consuming to get the right size if your pillow size really needs to be accurate.
