These are good they fit well and are well made they feel comfortable and are very absorbent

Understand its level 4 and not level 5 rating but I found these to leak quite alot when sleeping. Altho 10 /10 for standing accidents, the internal pads soaks every drop up in 5-10 seconds pending how big the accidents are. I still would recommend them but not to sleep in if you have a bladder problem

Absolutely nothing to like. No instructions. No means of fixing them. Damn great bulky nappies - so cannot wear them to go outside - in a matter of seconds the first yob would be pointing the finger and jeering "Look at that doddering old fool! He,s wearing nappies!" You can buy unobtrusive incon pants that work well for half the price for twice the number. Don't be conned - search for a minute or two on Amazon and you will easily find the ones i'm talking about. Would have sent them right back except i'd opened the package and pulled one out to examine, so they went straight in the black bin. BE WARNED BY MY MISTAKE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!

These absorbent under garments are great for day time use. They are quite thin and seem to be near capacity after 1-2 above average uses. The hook and loop tabs, two per side are quite strong and do allow for maybe one or two small adjustments before they start to rip. For multiple uses, it gets pretty heavy and needs to be changed quickly but in the event of an emergency it can work out. The interior leg guards are just right to prevent any leaks just be sure to line these up. For daytime use, whether it’s a walk outside on a warm day or inside the home these are pretty comfortable. Since these are more on the cloth side there is little to no crinkle. When disposing, they are easy to undo the tabs, roll up and use the tabs to secure the roll and dispose of. The tabs stay put once rolled up. The only suggestion is if you are on the end of the size or close to it, then size up. As far as medium goes, these do run small but are still manageable. All in all, at under $2/pair these are a great deal for hook and loop discrete under garments.
