I used to always have a couple of these on hand for when I had problems with shoes that gives me sores on my heels. I have not been able to find these heel grips for a couple of years (but honestly, I was not looking real hard). I bought these for some new shoes and they are just what I needed.

These don’t work. My ankles slipped right out. Really disappointed. They are comfortable though.

I have been trying inserts like these for my various shoes so I can wear more of my shoes without socks or liners. And they work! These stuck well in my shoes and didn't move. They protected my heels from rubbing and blisters. They made my shoes much more comfortable overall. The price is great for this set, too, for six pairs for two colors to match my various shoes better. I am a fan and wish I had tried inserts like this much earlier.

I like to keep these in stock in case I lose weight and my shoes get looser. I also use them for any shoes that rub my heels wrong, to prevent blisters. These work well, and have a smooth fabric. They are on the thicker side.

I really like this product. A lot of manufacturers and sellers have a tendency to overstate the benefits. However, that is not the case this time because this product really worked for me. I have to give it my highest recommendation. Five stars!

Now that COVID restrictions have been lifted and we are able to go out again,I can now wear high heels! I honestly had forgotten how much pain and discomfort they can cause.These inserts are super soft and ergonomic and I have been able to wear heels all day without feeling pain.The adhesives on the grip seem durable and strong and I hope they last a while. Very grateful to havefound this product.
