No communication at all. They sold the product, had none in stock. Six weeks later they said it had shipped but it hadn't. Amazin arranged a refund and I went with a competitors product which arrived in 2 days. I will never use FuXion again.

I was concerned when this collagen powder first arrived because the packaging makes it seem like a generic product that’s sold to distributers to brand as their own. The plastic canister is not printed as most are, but instead has a wrap around label and a sticker on the lid. The bottle and the box the product came in also have large QR scan code stickers on them, encouraging people to scan to get free products, And finally, while the blender bottle is a nice quality, it’s also from another brand (Zurvita), that seemingly has nothing to do with the brand of the collagen. This made me wonder about the Omnite brand - they’re out of California and look a bit like a start-up, but seem legit. On the Omnite website, however, this exact same product has significantly more product details listed and is $18 less expensive...with free shipping. The vendor selling this product on Amazon is out of China and seems to be a distributer that acquires products from other companies to resell. Nothing wrong with this, but it makes me think this is either old or damaged product that the manufacturer didn’t want to (or couldn’t) sell. Regardless, I’m confused by the way this product is being promoted and sold.This all being said, the collagen powder dissolves super easily and doesn’t leave a sticky residue behind. It does have a very slight bovine hide smell and taste, but this is manageable. The powder doesn’t change the texture of my almond milk, and if anything, seems more watery than others I’ve tried. Each scoop size is 11g, which is a little on the smaller side. I find 15-18g of collagen to be most effective for me. Overall, the powder itself seems okay, but there are better options available that cost less and that don’t have questionable origins. The expiration date on the bottle I received was for 8 months out, but I don’t think I’ll be using any more of this powder.
