Nordic Ware Natural Aluminum Commercial Baker's Half Sheet and Big Sheet

It works really well: food comes off easily, it’s a good size, it’s well-made and easy to clean, and it’s just plain pretty. I’ve had it for a few months now and it has become my favorite pan.

I've been on the hunt for the perfect cookie pan for a while, and I think I've finally found it. This pan strikes the ideal balance between being lightweight enough to handle easily and sturdy enough to bake at least a dozen cookies at a time. One of the standout features for me has been just how easy it is to clean. A quick wash and it looks as good as new, without any of that annoying scrubbing. The true test of any cookie pan, though, is how well it bakes, and this one passes with flying colors. Every batch of cookies comes out evenly baked, with none of those frustrating burnt edges or undercooked centers. I decided to buy this pan because I was fed up with the smaller ones that just didn't hold enough cookies, forcing me to spend more time in the kitchen. With this larger pan, I can bake more cookies in one go, significantly cutting down my baking time. For anyone looking to do the same, I can't recommend this product enough. It's been a game-changer in my baking routine!

Amazing like all of my Nordicware but supersized! Easily has room to fit that extra cookie dough you always end up with! Solid construction. Easy to clean.

these pans are very nice and heavy made strong and just after couple uses they season up nice i also wash them in my dishwasher they do great and yes i have burnt food in them and with a little soak hot water the food comes right out i do Recommend for the price i gave

I started making homemade granola and needed a full sheet pan. This is a great brand (I have several of their pans), and the size and price were perfect. My granola came out perfect as well. Did not need to line with parchment paper because these clean very easy. They do not warp. Very happy with this purchase.

I like the size of this sheet but it immediately scratched. Happened when I put it in the cabinet under another NordicWare sheet pan. I hadn’t even used it yet. Scratched again the first time I cooked with it even though I used a plastic spatula. Heat distribution is good.

We’re super happy with this pan (we ordered two). They fit in the oven side to side and front to back with little wasted space. It’s also helps that they fit side by side on the stovetop. We’ve cooked a few things to extra crispy (i.e. chopped potatoes), and after letting the pan soak just a bit, it cleaned up nicely without any staining. I’m sure that will change over time and much use, but so far, after over a half a dozen cooks or so, they look new. When carrying heavy items on them, they don’t flex but are quite sturdy.

Best cookie sheets ever. They don't rust and are light. Easy to use. Use them almost daily.

These are great change from my older pans with textured surface that I never could clean good enough. And that were few inch too short on both directions despite of stating "half sheet".These are big enough to bake 2 8in cake layers and cutting leftovers on a side, so now baking a multi tiered cake takes half the time, finally.I can't find a silicone mat of proper size for it, except for ridiculous 60bucks or so, I have no clue why, but it has nothing to do with the pan itself.These are very good quality, they don't bulge or budge, they stay clean metal, they're light weight but sturdy and overall i see nothing to complain about. I don't believe the logo is of any trouble for cleaning, definitely not as trouble as when the whole surface is textured... but I haven't cooked anything really sticky just yet. After few uses they still look like new with no staining or any traces of use or washing. Totally worth it and my old pans go to trash after I tried these!

As a private chef, I’ve gone through a lot of Baking trays over the years. I have to say, this Nordic Ware tray is by far the best I’ve used. After a a year of daily use, these are my thoughts/observations:- Build QualityThis sheet pan feels like what a quality pan should. It's made from pure aluminium, which I’ve learned is really good at conducting heat evenly. Some of the cheaper pans I’ve used in the past tend to warp or bend, especially when roasting things at higher temperatures, but this one NEVER warps!! It’s thick without being too heavy, so it feels sturdy when you’re handling it but not like you’re wrestling with a super heavy piece of metal. I can carry it with one hand out of the oven, freeing up the other for shutting the oven door/making space to put the hot tray down.- Cooking PerformanceOne of the things I’ve noticed with this pan is how evenly it cooks things. Whether I'm making cookies, roasting veggies, or baking chicken thighs, everything comes out perfectly browned. With other pans, I used to end up with cookies that were over-baked on one side or roasted vegetables that would burn in some areas but stay soggy in others. That hasn’t been a problem with this pan - everything comes out evenly cooked every time, and I don’t feel like I need to constantly turn the pan or rotate it in the oven.- VersatilityThis pan is great for everything. It’s the perfect size for my commercial oven (WARNING; will not fit in a standard UK Oven! If you have a domestic oven, go for a 1/2 sheet size!!) I use it for everything from baking cookies, making sheet cakes, to roasting veggies. It’s deep enough that liquids don’t spill over, but it’s still low enough on the sides that you get that nice airflow when roasting/baking for even browning.- Cleaning and MaintenanceSpeaking of cleanup, I’ve found that it cleans up really well as long as I don’t let things sit too long. If you do leave it a bit too long, I find a good soak with hot soapy water does it - it just takes a bit more elbow grease to scrub it clean. To be fair, it’s held up extremely well to scrubbing and hasn’t got any signs or ware and tear yet!I usually use parchment paper for baking cookies, but when roasting veggies directly on the pan, I haven’t had any major issues with sticking. I will say, though, that because it’s aluminium, it can react to acidic foods like tomatoes. I roasted some tomatoes once, and it left a bit of discolouration for a month or so, but it didn’t affect how the pan works at all. Just something to be aware of.I also always hand wash it, which I’d recommend to anyone using it. I’ve put an Aluminium pan in the dishwasher previously which wrecked the coating so probably not worth the risk. Since it’s so easy to clean, I don’t mind hand washing it at all.- DurabilityAfter months of daily use, it still looks great. For the price, I was honestly expecting it to show more wear by now, but it’s held up really well.### Price and ValueConsidering the quality and durability of this pan, I think it’s a great value. I’ve spent money on cheaper pans in the past that ended up warping or just not cooking things evenly. I’ve also purchased pans twice the price that need replacing after a year or so because the coating didn’t last longer than 6 months. This Nordic Ware pan is totally worth it. It won’t need replacing anytime soon, and it’s become one of my go-to kitchen tools. In fact I’ve just purchased a second one and am seriously thinking about replacing all my old pans with these!Final ThoughtsOverall, I can’t recommend this sheet pan enough. It’s a simple, reliable piece of kitchen equipment that does exactly what you need it to do. This pan will serve you well whether you’re an occasional baker or a full time chef. It’s durable, cooks evenly, and is easy to clean which makes it a real winner in my book. If you’re looking to upgrade your sheet pan, you won’t regret choosing this one!
