Wasn’t sure what to expect, but this thing really does the job. I sit at a computer most of the day and my shoulders were starting to round forward pretty bad. First time I put this on I immediately felt that “pull back” in a good way. It’s not super complicated to use. Took me a minute to adjust the straps the first time, but after that it’s easy. I wear it for a couple hours at a time and it definitely helps remind me not to slouch. It’s firm but not crazy uncomfortable, overall I’m happy with it, my upper back already feels better.

This support is a bit difficult to put on alone, but quite simple with a bit of help. It is definitely worth the minor difficulty putting it on. The neck and shoulder support is wonderful.

Didn't quite fit me correctly.

The item isn’t bad it’s just not comfortable. And yes I know it’s meant to correct posture but that’s not why it isn’t comfortable. My intention was to wear it under my clothes and you can feel the Velcro on your skin and it rides into your pits which is a whole different problem since it’s fabric and if you keep it on through the day or even just during a workout it stinks.

Pros: Instant Gratification: You feel taller and more aligned almost immediately. Subtle Persuasion: It doesn't scream "I'm wearing a brace!" Pain Relief (Often): Less slouching often means less aching, more time for important man-activities. Confidence Booster: Standing tall just feels better, like you're ready to tackle a grizzly bear (or at least a difficult spreadsheet). Conversation Starter (if you choose to reveal its secret): "My secret? A tiny, ergonomic overlord that keeps me from looking like a melted marshmallow."

Bought this for my husband as he has been having back issues due to leaning over to work on the computer. After only a few days, his back pain has noticeably improved. This is great because it's lightweight and fits his body frame well

The massagist I had at that time relied on support braces. Sadly, that was not the effective route to take. I found a sports massagist who knows more about a person's posture than muscles and cupping. Factors such as tendons and ligaments that are too tight are what is important. In my case, my shoulders were rolled forward due to the tendons of my chest muscles being so tight that they were pulling my shoulders forward. This pulling also caused my upper back to roll forward. And this in turn caused my lower back to overcompensate and overcorrecting the lower back. The extremely high arches in both feet were basically where they should be in three sessions; and I could not wear my orthotics after the second session, as both feet were that much closer to where they should be. Yes, these sessions hurt tremendously, as ligaments are more difficult to stretch than muscles, but very worth while!

ive tried a couple of posture correctors and this one has helped me the most, particularly i realized i needed one that targets my upper back and not my lower back and this one does that great as well as this in my opinion being able to be unisex and fit a bunch of different size and height. As i am quite slender i was worried i would have trouble making it tight enough to fit, it worked for me. also the strap covers it comes with is such a nice touch because since i am slim, to get it tight enough before i put it on i have to strap it and once i got the length i needed i put the straps on and i dont have to unstrap it and its kind of like a backpack. anyway, this worked for me!

Very disappointed in product. Flimsy, feels cheap, does not stretch. I guess you get what you pay for. Cheap price, cheap quality. Very long wait.
