Does it’s Job
I ride/race downhill and use this as my main chest protector. It’s Lightweight, breathable, and has saved me numerous times.That being said, if you want something that’s going to cover your lower back and hips this isn’t it.

Perfect Gift for a Downhill Mtn Bike Racer
I purchased this product as a gift for my son for Christmas (yes, I am early on this). He is in his 40s and does downhill mtn bike racing. I feel this is 1 more added protection in case of a bike crash. We have been purchasing Troy Lee products for many many years, they are a good product, dependable, great prices and have always been happy with their products.

Great product by TLD! It’s a little big for my 4 year old he’s 40lbs but this is a quality piece of gear that should work for years to come as it’s very easily adjusted light weight and strong
