Wish I had seen one of these years ago! Spray everything with a cake release spray & the batter doesn’t stick at all! Each section comes out perfectly baked and it’s easy to clean. Invest in some cake release spray & you will love this tin

Have used this a few times and has made perfect brownies. The bonus is its so easy to cut the brownies into even brownies. Really easy to clean as well

I used baking paper to save up washing haha but the non stick is pretty good, I baked the cutting mold together and it was easy to take out and the cuts were clean! 4 star because not sure how long the non-stick will last.

This item does what it says it will, I have three of these they are fantastic

Loved this item. I used it for my brownies, which it was bought for. However I also used it for a quiche. Baked pastry blind, added filling and cut to perfection. Ideal for my step fathers 80th birthday party. By utilising this tin everything was pretty much uniformed in the birthday spread.

Product as described, liked that it had a removable bottom which made getting the brownies out easier. Also the fact that it is in 3 parts makes it easy to clean.

Love it, non stick, perfect brownie or little sponge loafs, cant fault it.

Brownie pan works well. Kids enjoy pushing the grid part in to cut the brownies.
