I really did have high hopes for this diet shake meal replacement at 32.99 for 1 kilo. Overly sweet synthetic chemical taste that just isn't enjoyable. Yes, it fills you if you can manage to either get the consistency right eg. The lumps & grainy texture. I had swapped from almased which is so much nicer no synthetic taste & £10. I dont see what hype is sorry. All I can taste is saccharine so stong it sets my teeth on edge . I cant even finish the bag. Back to my forst choice this will be binned.

Smells like banana, tastes like banana. I hate banana. Aside from that it mixes well in water but slightly more palettable in skimmed milk. Did I mention it tastes like banana. Rotten. Only day two so not sure how effective it is but kind of regret getting it purely because its banana.

as another reviewer said, this is very clearly banana flavoured and not vanilla. I can use it to put in smoothies with other fruit or with peanut butter powder or something, but on its own, I don't really care for it. Will go for another flavour next time. Otherwise, it is filling and thicker than other protein shakes.

Lovely flavour, thick consistency, but really high in sugar content. Had to give it away and replace it with another brand.
