AUSTOR60-40 Tin Lead Rosin Core Solder Wire for Electrical Soldering (0.6mm, 100g)

This solder works as it should and no contamination as with some others that we in this price range and for a good amount of product. I have finished 13 guitars and some odd projects and still have 3/4 left and I am challenged when it comes to soldering so I tend to waste a bit along the way. The quality is quite good, the last brand bought ruined 2 tips after just a couple uses by the time I figured out the solder was garbage it was too late. I'm still on the same cheap tip I started with this time. I will only use this brand from now on.

Used it to check squish clearance on my 125 and it worked perfectly. It also works fine as solder, but more importantly to me was the squish test.

Arrived on time, very pleased with the product!

I needed some solder with a higher % of flux. The old stuff I was using took forever to heat up and I was having a tough time getting it into some tight places. This stuff flowed so much better. I wish it came a little thinner, but overall it was very easy to work with.

I would not write this review if I had not used some other inferior product. Compared to that one, this solder melts and flow easily and can get the job done quickly.

This product is amazing, it melts at a low temperature and Is extremely easy to use, it came very quick and was an amazing price, I reccomend this to everyone who is looking for a great quality solder for a low price

Nothing to say, flows well, is clean, and works as intended. Don't forget to always add extra flux anyway!

Couldn't find lead core solder in local hardware stores. Needed it to do some soldering on an RC car. Very easy to use and this was my first time soldering. Melts and puddles quickly which is nice.
