Bosch has become my favorite power tool brand, and over the past few years I have been gradually building my collection of their 12V lineup. What makes this platform so appealing is the balance it strikes between portability, ergonomics, and performance and price. While the smaller batteries don't offer the runtime of larger 18V systems, they are lightweight, quick to swap, and more than capable for most DIY projects. This oscillating multi-tool had been on my wish list for quite some time, and I finally picked it up during Amazon Prime Day 2026. I also own a corded Dremel oscillating tool (another Bosch brand), which has served me well, but it is noticeably larger and heavier. As a DIY enthusiast rather than a professional contractor, I wanted something more compact and maneuverable, and this tool fit that need perfectly. The first thing that impressed me was how incredibly lightweight it is. Even with the battery installed, it feels remarkably balanced and comfortable in the hand. That reduced weight makes a huge difference during detailed work, allowing for much better control and significantly less fatigue. Bosch's blade-changing mechanism is simple and quick, making accessory swaps easy. The tool includes a general-purpose blade to get you started, while Bosch offers a wide variety of specialized blades for wood, metal, drywall, grout, and other materials that can be purchased separately. What surprised me most was the performance. Despite its compact size, the cutting power is outstanding. On the highest speed setting, it delivered performance that felt comparable to my much larger corded Dremel oscillating tool. I have already completed two home projects with it, and the combination of power, precision, and maneuverability made the work much easier than expected. This is clearly a premium-quality tool. For professionals who use an oscillating tool continuously throughout the day, Bosch's 18V platform may be the better choice because it offers greater runtime. While larger batteries are available for the 12V platform, adding a much bigger battery starts to defeat the purpose of such a compact and lightweight system. For homeowners, DIY enthusiasts, and hobbyists, however, I think the 12V platform hits the sweet spot. Overall, I am extremely impressed with this oscillating tool. It delivers exceptional control, impressive cutting power, outstanding build quality, and the portability that makes Bosch's 12V lineup so enjoyable to use. If you're looking for a premium oscillating multi-tool for DIY projects, repairs, and everyday workshop tasks, I highly recommend this one. It has quickly become one of my favorite tools in my collection.

Werkzeugwechsel etwas umständlich mit Innensechskant, sonst top. Meine alte Fein mit Kabel bleibt nur noch für längere Einsätze.

la herramienta es de factura robusta y de uso rudo como todas las bosch. La pila no viene incluida, hay que considerar eso.
