I needed it because for a while I had some problems where I would feel like my neck would need a stretch with a crack like you see on the chiropractors videos.I was looking for some homemade reliefs but all of them have failed.And then I saw this, I watched some videos and some had good experience, so I wanted to try it myself.I like the thought and logic behind it and that’s the reason of my purchase.The material is great, It’s velvety smooth.You are suppose to pump air into it and then it would elongate your neck providing stretch.It takes around 3 minutes of active pumping to fully inflate.It did elongate around one centimeter but then it started to inflate the side making it tighter and tighter until it just choked me.I tried making it looser to start with but then whenever you would pump ityou reach a point where it would just slide off your jawline and compress your head instead.Great thought but badly operated.If you’re looking for relief then you should look somewhere else.
