Sorry I don't recall having that issue. You can always cut the top of the tube and gently take it apart. Good luck.

Q: can i put on black walls without seeing the adhesive parts of the product surrounding the picture?

We have the cherry blossom one. The adhesive part around the image is clear, so you don't really see it on the wall. The wall we have it on is light green. Sometimes the light hits it so that the clear edge reflects the light but overall it looks good and you don't really see it. I'll try to include a video... I did have to mention that the one thing that annoyed me is the image came sliced in half to fit into a smaller tube for shipping. So it took some extra time to line everything up.

Q: How can I stick this to a textured wall (just painted)?

Depending on how textured your wall is, the sticker may not lie flat, or at least not without some noticeable air bubbles/bumps. Best done on a flat, non-textured wall/surface. I’ve had mine up for about a year now on a flat painted wall in my office, and the adhesive still looks secure and uniform, but the wall surface makes a big difference.
