Some reviewers claim that they get neck ache from this. They are using it wrong, if they use their abs properly to do a crunch your upper body should lift and thus the head rest should move with the roll of your arms resting on the rests thus no neck pain. If you use your arms to actually roll forward and not your abs and thus your head is on the rest the you will get neck ache. DOH! Great bit of kit, upto 400 crunches a day with it, lost 2.5 stone (with other exercises and dieting)

Very unhappy customer. The part where one of the screws go in was wonky and damaged so the screw was unable to screw in. I attempted to call Amazon but that service is unavailable, tried to call the actual company but it rings out non stop. I managed to get someone to fix it which was a hassle in itself especially in these very limiting times however, when everything was eventually assembled together it was wonkey and uneven. When I use it I have to use my extra strength to keep it balanced in order to have an even approach when trying to work the abs. I'm sooo disappointed. It's awful. I will definitely not recommend buying this product. I am not paid to give this review. I am a genuine customer who is genuinely very disappointed with her purchase. I will not be using this company again. They've reminded me to be very cautious when buying online and it's just too much hassle to sort sending it back considering I cannot leave the house as I have to quarantine. I would have thought I could be assisted by someone but absolutely no one available and one option to just send it back. I'm just soo annoyed

Good ab exerciser nice soft headrest no problems was easy to put together did not even need instructions..now I'm going to use this to get my muscles stronger as had a total hysterectomy 13 months ago

Great! Easy to put together much better quality than ARGOS’s cheapest model. Very sturdy and less expensive than ARGOS cheapest abs cruncher.
